I supported a global insurance broker to unlock growth potential with a highly calibrated acquisition strategy. I collaborated with the CEO to assess the transactions, determine what the shareholders were willing to support and identify sources of growth potential and long-term value.
The board allocated the required capital and I then helped the client to ensure the deal was executed efficiently and effectively. I have since been engaged by the same client to create a comprehensive plan to manage the integration and deliver on the growth initiatives identified during due diligence.
