I helped a behaviour change consultancy double its revenue in only 18 months. By using detailed data on past performance, we were able to optimise the existing business model and deliver some much-needed “quick wins” by removing a poorly performing revenue stream and reallocating resources to more successful areas of the organisation. We then identified new opportunities which would drive long-term growth for the company and helped the client define an entry strategy for those areas.
With a clear growth strategy in place, I supported the CEO to design new processes and define performance metrics to ensure the strategy was translated into action and that progress could be tracked effectively and efficiently.

I supported a global insurance broker to unlock growth potential with a highly calibrated acquisition strategy. I collaborated with the CEO to assess the transactions, determine what the shareholders were willing to support and identify sources of growth potential and long-term value.
The board allocated the required capital and I then helped the client to ensure the deal was executed efficiently and effectively. I have since been engaged by the same client to create a comprehensive plan to manage the integration and deliver on the growth initiatives identified during due diligence.

Following a de-merger, I helped a multi-million pound hospitality company equip their people with the capabilities and mindsets needed to become rising leaders in the new organisation. Working alongside the CEO and senior leadership team, I developed a programme bespoke to each team member to teach them the foundational management and leadership skills necessary to drive the business forwards, covering critical areas such as strategy, problem solving and communication.

I’ve supported this high-performing CEO with setting the strategy, leading her team, and operating effectively. The result: the company recently achieved two successive record revenue months.

I supported an internationally recognised destination management company looking for major revenue growth following the COVID-19 pandemic. I designed a new organisational structure and financial model that supported their long-term strategic objectives, redesigned internal processes, and eliminated complexity and non-value-added activities to help the company become more effective and efficient. Profits grew by 3% in one quarter.
