I helped a behaviour change consultancy double its revenue in only 18 months. By using detailed data on past performance, we were able to optimise the existing business model and deliver some much-needed “quick wins” by removing a poorly performing revenue stream and reallocating resources to more successful areas of the organisation. We then identified new opportunities which would drive long-term growth for the company and helped the client define an entry strategy for those areas.
With a clear growth strategy in place, I supported the CEO to design new processes and define performance metrics to ensure the strategy was translated into action and that progress could be tracked effectively and efficiently.
